My name is Kundan Kumar Tiwari. My PF a/cno. is DL8539/608. I submitted my clearance Form in 1997 at Nehru Place office. But my Form has been returned due to authorised signatory not matched. But I am not in Delhi. In 2007 I submitted new Form filled by Employer at your Wazurpur office. But again my Form has been returned with letter (letter no. III/DL8539/608/1547). In letter reason given your payment has been paid in 2003. But how it is possible?
