Not able to acess my account in your site

I prefer to pay my postpaid mobile phone bill online. I normally open up http://www.airtel.in, enter my username and password, and hit login, upon which, I am redirected to another page (http://ebpp.airtelworld.com). However, since the past couple of weeks this page has not been loading. A connection error is ddisplayed. Please explain the problem and let us know how we can get around it, or when this is expected to be solved.
