Wrong Deduction from My Axis Account by CCAvenue.com

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that i am account holder in Axis Bank & my account no is 037010100642859 .

On dated 13-Aug-11 my account has been debited for Rs : 17360.00 the all transiction made by in the name of PUR/CCAvenue.com/Mumbai/120811/23 24 which was recieved through SMS. I have complaint to Axis cutomer care vide complaint no. 5385257 on dated 13-Aug-11 but still we have no resolution on that.

these transiction not made by me.

Requested to you kindly check the same & credit may amount in my account as soon as possiable & revert to me.
