I was alloted nit surat in the 8th round of counselling.
earlier in the 2nd round, i got lnmiit, jaipur., which of course cheated me all the time and finally by rs83500.totally i paid rs.25000 to ccb and 58500 to lnmiit by mid july.i started my session in lnmiit from 27july. i always submitted willingness for all the further rounds till the 8th round.
ccb had earlier taken rs25000 during 2nd round reporting and was to transfer my money to any other upgraded institute in further rounds. but untill the 7th round i unfortunately got no upgradation and many of my friends upgraded to nit in the 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 rounds from lnmiit. all of them got rs.25000 transferred to their next nit. but ccb cleverly changed rules for the worse. i got nit surat in the 8th round and i had to pay the whole fees again (rs.47000for nit surat) and ccb did not adjust the money. i went to the lnmiit to talk about this and they said that they would pay nothing out of the rs.58500 i paid to them.(not even the mess advance and the caution money whose receipt i still have with me).i took admission in nit surat on 22 september.i subsequently cancelled my admission from lnmiit as i had upgraded to nit surat. i have mailed the ccb 5times about this. but it seems that seems that ccb is going to send that rs.25000 to lnmiit and not to me which is wrong. i am middle class family belonger and cant afford to loose so much of money for nothing.ccb and lnmiit have cheated many of us in this way but they dont care.
so far i have received nothing out of the rs25000 58500=rs83500., from lnmiit or ccb.
ccb should send that money to me, or transfer it to my nit surat fees fot the next semester.
