PF TRANSFER NOT DONE AFTER 100 days

My previous employer Convergys has sent acknowledgement copy of FORM 13 (out) (PF Office Gurgoen), which states in FEB the transfer was initiated HR/GGN/25204/7968 to my current PF account KN/25999/23. (The copy is also attached in this email)

But my current employer CDC Software and Bangalore PF office has confirmed the transfer has not been made yet.
