Being informed by your officials of customer care service at Uttarpara that about 150 kbps speed will be available for the internet services through data card I have bought a data card and have got internet connection. But at present I am getting speed less than 20 kbps on an average.
Urgent action is solicited to increase speed of internt service through data cards at Uttarpara
