CDMA Telephone
Transfer of Ownership

Dear Sir,

The above mentioned telephone was a corporate connection in the name of Pidilite Industries Ltd. and had been given to me being an employee of the company and I have been using it since 2003.

I have left the services of the company and the company had given me a NOC for the transfer of ownership of this telephone no. in my individual name. The NOC had been submitted at your Web World at Vikas Marg, Delhi and I had also deposited Rs.561/- for the payment towards the transfer of ownership.

Thereafter the bills had been coming at my residential address as my name was incorporated in the bills.

As it was a CDMA telephone and now the set has been damaged I had requested for the activitation of the said number on a new Sim Card but the concerned offcials at the Web World have declined my request informing that as per the records the phone does not stand in my name.

Please note that the phone is not working since a month now.

What I have understood is that I have been charged the transfer of ownership fee but the necesary modifications has not been done in the records.

As I am not able to use the phone I requested for the disconnection but it has also been declined.

It is my humble request that as per your records I am not your subscriber hence I am not liable for any payments. I am not making the payments of the bills now onwards and please disconnect this telephone at the earliest.

With regards

Vivek Munshi
