I had made an online payment for my cellone bill on 8th sept at 10.51am.
Online payments are supposed to be faster and the amount is credited to the account immediately.
I called the customer care in the evening, they said Sir it will take 24 hrs to reflect in my account then the calls barred will be released. I called the customer care again at 11 am on 9th sept the executive took all the details of payment a/c no transaction id etc and said the complaint is registered it will take 24 to 48hrs to get the calls barred released. Now it is 1.47pm on 10th sept still the outgoing calls are barred.
My question is if online payments take so long to get credited in the IT city what is the plight of other cities?
