Non receipt of Deposit amount

Dear Sir

I have surrender post paid cellone bearing mobile No, 9444905299 vide receipt no. SURRENDER/NGL/89198 DATED 17.9.08 at Nanganallur Service Centre.

Inspite of our several reminders over phone, Till today I have not received my deposit amount Rs.1000/- Kindly look into the matter and arrange to release the deposit amount immediatelly
