Cancel the BSNL tune renewal and refund

Dear Sir/Madam,

As I don't need the caller tune for my phone (Phone number 9443675664) for which you regularly charge twice in every month, I kindly request you cancel this BSNL tune and refund the money deducted in my account in this month on 4th and 17th august.

Please take action immediately on this.
