I have repeatedly complained about cancelling my BSNL tunes through this forum. My cell no. is 9443675664. I would like to know whether any body takes actions for the complaints lodged from here. When I tried directly the BSNL office, they told me send an SMS but they deactivated my SMS activity so that I cannot send any SMS.
What a great service BSNL, a Govt. public sector is doing? Very good service!!! It is very clear that BSNL cheat the public in all possible ways. Who the hell asked for this bull-shit BSNL tunes? I never asked for this. They themself put this tune disabled SMS from my mobile eliminating me to lodge the complaint and deducting money minimum 3 times a month costing around Rs. 60/- Do they want me continue this service or change to some other private service providers.
