Double charging for lifetime incoming calls

Dear Sir,

I have taken the services of your Air Tel pre paid for lifetime scheme & already paid the amount for life time incoming free calls about 10 months back. (mobile no. : 09893534986).

Yesterday (15.10.2007.), when I went to mobile shop, mentioned below, for recharging the value voucher at RAM GOURI TRADERS, Electronic World, shop no-30, Akash Ganga Complex, Bhilai of Mr. Mohit Sawlani & Mr. Hemant Peshwani.– shopkeeper has again taken the money for life time incoming calls. Shopkeeper has refused to return the money.

Immediately, I have met customer care section of Air Tel office, Supela, Bhilai. They have discussed the matter with the shopkeeper over phone. They have also not responded positively.

How life time charges can be taken two times for the same mobile no.. This is a result of cheating to the customer. Kindly look in to this matter & return the money at the earliest.

Also, inform your customer care services section of your office not to give this type of services in future.
