Benefits of revised commutation, gratuity, revision of pension and payment of pension arrears from Sept. 2007 to date

My pension was to be revised w.e.f 1/9 as per 6th Central Pay Commission. My PPO no. is 135330700602 and the details reg. this revision have been dispatched by central pension accounting office on 30/6 under SSA no. 501989. My paying bank is State Bank of India, Sect. 1, West Block 7, R.K.Puram, New Delhi.

I have to say that the benefits due to me on account of revision of commutation of pension and gratuity, revised pension and arrears of pension w.e.f 1/09 are still not credited in my SBI, a/c no. 10932826035 as on 8/10.

It is requested that the amount due to me in respect of revision of pension, gratuity and commutation may please be credited at the earliest.
