Correction in Name and late dispatch of passport

Passport querry reg file No-Z337480-07 Jabalpur.

Dear Sir.

I have submitted my application for Passport from Jabalpur under the above mentioned File NO.I have recieved one letter from the passport office to submit residential address proof where we were amazed to see that insted of SMITA MISHRAthe letter was mentioned on the name of AMITA MISHRA, however even after providing the address proof we have despatched.

The required Documents to the regional passport office Bhopal to passport officer by speed post POD NO-EM111031871IN on 15/01.Application was also sent attached for name correction as correct name is SMITA MISHRA whereas its reflecting as AMITA MISHRA.Please rectify.
