CHEQUE IS NOT CLEAR AFTER MORE THAN 3 MONTHS

Sir,

I submitted a cheque no 101042 of Rs. on 31/01 in my saving a/c, but still cheque is not cleared, i have complained in branch many times but there is no satisfied answer.so please solve my problem.
