I have submitted my old Original Certificate No: 18942233268 & 18942232875 alongwith my Service Request Reminder Form and Application of New Certificate for ARS Bonds ID 232161752 & ID 232164042 for the maturity value of these bonds to be sent to me on 5th August at your Lotus Court office but till date I have not received my cheque nor any intimation in this regard from your good office in the said matter.
Request you to please send my matured amount cheque to me at the earliest.
