PF amount not recieved yet

Dear Sir,

I left CGI in November and submit the PF withdrawal form at the time of leaving the organization.

It's more than 7 month i didn't recieve my PF amount, wherein my frends who left in same month got there PF amount. I follow up with my HR and they said we will look into it. I would like to know whom should i consult to complaint the same. I was working in Mumbai and my PF account is in Bangalore.
