Tranfer of PF from Guntur division to Visakhapatanam

Hi Sir/Madam,

This is with ref to my PF ammout transfer from my PF Account AP/33440/43 (Open by Lakireddy Balireddy College of Engineering, Mylavaram, Krishna dist) to my PF Account AP/41256/89 (Opened by Chaitanya Engineering college, Visakhapatnam), I have submitted the request Forms in 3rd April, 2087.But the transfer has not happened till date.

I submitted all details form 3A, 5A, 10 along with the form 13.

The Visakhapatnam officials issued to acceptence letter with th e nomber F.13.R on dated 3 /04

Here are the details.

From PF account: AP/33440/43 to PF Account AP/41256/89

Till date I have not recived my PF amount transferred.
