Chatra head post office
For excess payment of speedpost

Dear sir,

With respect I have to say that I send a letter from head post office CHATRA (Jharkhand) to local post i.e; Tandwa (Chatra Disst.) wich is only 50 K.M, but for 20 gm. post letter I payment 25 Rupees wich is not legal. So Plz send my excess money.
