I have been cheated by Yatra; I booked oneway tickets to Mum - Del using my Citibank Debit card thru Yatra.com website.
The money has been debited from my account and there is no booking given to me.
When I spoke to the customer service at Yatra they informed me that they have no request received from their website so they are helpless.
They also informed me that, If at all they are able to trace the booking they may refund my money back after 10 days.
