We are living in joint family and we have only single Indane gas connection from Cheema Gas Agency, Bassi Pathanan, Fatehgarh Sahib, Punjab For more than last one year we are harassed by the above said agency for gas refilling. The same has been brought to notice of worthy Deputy Commissioner, Fatehgarh Sahib/ Food supply officers/ Other concerned officers in IOC, Chandigarh from time to time but all efforts went in vain.
There are no of consumers facing similar problems. Agency officials are extremely rude and now they started saying that only Deputy Commissioner will provide you filled cylinders. Then I requested to the Hon'able Member Parliament Sukhdev Singh Libra as well to direct them to secure us regular supply but nothing. Now you can very well understand that how much others illiterate consumers are harassed by Cheema Gas Agency, Bassi Pathanan.
The newpapers also raised such acts of harassment meted out to the consumers on various occasions from time to time, but the gas agency officials have not mended their ways. They were just selling their gas cylinders in the black market at very higher rates.
I request you to kindly look into the matter personally and see what kind of service we are getting.
