I receive a call & the person who ring me said that i m a 2nd prize holder. The prize contains Rs. 45000 check for Hero Honda Splendor Bike with Insurance papers, 1 gold ring. He said me to pay Rs3150 to the postman & take your prize. I want to know that is it Actual or Fraud. Shall i pay Rs. 3150 to the postman & take my Prize. Please help me.
