We are residing in New Balaji Nagar of Selaiyur in Chennai. Our Indane Gas Consumer Number is 20809. When we tried booking refill cylinder last month the gas agency staff denied to book stating that we are not eligible for booking within 21 days of last delivery. When we told that as per news paper reports and inquiries it is not applicable, they were just rude enough to disconnect the phone. Ultimately the booking was done on 25th of September and till now delivery is not done and we get an instant reply of load not come. My contact mail ID is [email protected].
