have sent an article (important document) to Mr. Motilal Sinha, Shiv Mandir-College Para, Post Office Kadamtala, Dist. Darjeeling (W.B.) Pin Code No.734011 on dt.13.07.2009 covered receipt No.108 SPEEED POST No. EH03503552 1 IN. but regret to say that still the article is not reached the destination. I have posted at Madina Post Office, Dist. Rohtak (Haryana)
