We ordered a cake to be delivered to Madurai on 01-12. They werent able to deliver it on time and we cancelled the order. They said they would refund in 15 working days and it's been more than 45 days and they are yet to refund the amount.
We tried calling the customer care and they are not attending if we call from our cell phone.
Beware - this is pure fraud.
