Non delivery of goods from Noida to Trichy

I booked my household luggage and my car wagon R from Noida to Trichy on 18th April. But till date 13/5, I have not received the same. I am going round in circles. Chennai office, Trichy office, Delhi office etc., No body is giving any responsible answer. I am desperate. I have lost nearly 5 lakhs worth goods. I do not know what to do.
