I am RAVICHANDRAN B, studying final year in National Institute of technology, trichy. I had applied for my passport in chennai last year, but still i didn get my passport. Its been more than one and half year since i applied. I came four times to chennai passport office but couldn get any response. i already missed my educational tour to srilanka organised during my training dude to delay... I have an option of studying abroad, anyone have any idea on how to progress further?
