Non Receipt of Passport

File No. F009966 / 09 Name: Yovan Thiyagarajan Date of Birth :12/08

I have applied for passport to my children (1 year old) before 4 months back. Eventhough, did not receive anything till date. Since iam staying UAE, i could not able to go to passport office for enquiries. My self attestation from Indian Embassy, UAE also has submiited on 12/07.

I could not able to understand about this delay. Kindly look into matter urgently.
