Subject: non-delivery of article
Dear Sir,
This is to bring toyour notice that I reside in 2nd floor of 22/5, brojomoni debbya road, kolkata-700061.I am sorry to inform you that whenever any thing come to me via speed post your delivery man does not come to my floor rather put a slip in the ground floor letter box falsely alleging that the premises was either closed or no one was present. In several occassions I have to go to Behala P.O. to collect my consignment avoiding my duties because the time limit is within 12-30 p.m. I have put a notice in front of my letter box requesting the delivery people to contact at 2nd floor whenever any delivery requires confirmation through signing. All courier people come at 2nd floor for delivery but your man never appears here. I am herewith attaching the copy of last such incidence which took place on 05.12.2008. The content of the letter is totally baseless and false. I demand your intervention in this matter and request you to inform me if you have any such stipulation that the 2nd floor residents are not entitled to receive any speed post service.
