Difference in cheque amount

Myself naveen kumar agrawal having a saving ac in Noida sector 18 branch, AC no 10952121000025.I have issued a cheque in favour of HSBC for rs 250 no 373807 dt 11.05.09.I have been deducted Rs 2500 from my account. HSBC confirms me in writing that it has got rs 250 only. I have contacted ur branch so many times for image of my cheque but failed.

Please give me scan copy of my cheque or correct my account.
