We are located in Chambers Bhavan, Patna. There are more than 25 BSNL connections besides more than 10 internet connections. This volume of business from one point should be quite good enough for any service provider and therefore the customer will expect a quality service.
I am chief of this organization & my phone along with few more lines alongwith internet lines are down for the last few days. My staff has been chasing the BSNL official at various levels but of no use. I wanted to speak to CGM, but I have not been able to get him on land line & the staff refuse to provide mob number.
I think that I have no choice except to look for any other service provider. I know such a decision may not have any impact on BSNL since it is a public entity & people may not be much concerned regarding business volume.
I have a Tata USV connection & that is how I am connected to net at this time & writing this mail. Let me see how fast I get a response?
