I am managing director of Chikitsa Medicare Centre Pvt ltd. I sent one mobile hand set 2680 slide (within warranty) for repairing for correcting incomimg and outgoing audio fault. The set was sent to Nokia care, Anand InternationaI Ltd, (ASC 292 504886) and it has been delayed by 10 days from the target date. In the mean time I misplaced my original job sheet but I had a photocopy of the jobsheet, the hand set was not delivered to me despite of my request to produce the original purchase memo. In this regard I spoke to the representative of Nokia Care Ms Mitali Sengupta and quite disappointed with her harsh behaviour. I am user of Nokia set for last 10 years and I have personally used atleast 15 to 20 different hand sets. I did not expect such behaviour from any employee of Nokia Care. Necessary steps is prayed so that I may get my repaired set. I would further request you to educate your staff properly to deal with the customer in a decent way.
