This is to bring to your kind notice that we had send two Important Set of Documents One to HEMRL, Pune another to HPCL Vishakapattnam (VIZAG) on 11.11.2009 via Speed post having detail as under ;

SPED 643947552IN to Visakapattnam (VIZAG)

But it is really surprising that after trackin the detail on Net the remarks/ status we are getting it that the detail is not available. Would you be resposnible enough in helping us out in tracking the status of the above stated Doc's and confirm the same per return mail. Your personal intervention will be highly appreciated.
