They sold me a product with a guarantee to work. After not being able to get it to work and their support team unable to get it to work they said they would issue me a refund. I never received it. This is back in August it is now March with no word from them and several emails from August and October telling me it will be done. This is absolutely ridiculous. the refund should be in the amount of $259.00 USD
