Taking passenger over the seat capicity

Hello sir,

I am Aarti Lahoti.

On 17of may i was board Citamani Travelles from Malegaon (washim) to Pune at 8.30.

At Mehekar station there was another pickup point. At that pick up point they were boarding passenger over the seating capicity. Pasengers are travelling by standing, sitting in driver's cabin.

I regurar travell on this route, and we alwasy cafe problem like this. They always take passenger over the capicity.

I have taken the picture as passengers are standing in it.

Is it possible to take some action on them?
