Interview call letter is not reached on time

Dear Sir,

I have received a interview call letter from Anna University on 4th August but unfortunately the interview was on 25th july.

University sent the letter on 22 July on speed post, SP ET258582441 IN.

Since i have got an email from university i could attend the interview. Now i am expecting a call letter, but i am worried that would also become late.

Your service is not at all proper. Pleas take necessary action.
