Dear Sir,

We have been banking with IndusInd Bank Ltd. Dhanbad Branch. We have taken Shop Insurance policy from the Cholamandalam MS General Insurance Co. Ltd through InduaInd Bank Ltd.

Last year our cash was looted during the course of transit from our shop to Bank. We have logged the claim with the company and submitted all the relevent documents (FIR Copy, press clipings, ledger copy, etc).

Till date our claim is not yet setteled. We have requested several times to InduaInd Bank for settelment of claim but they are also speech less.

We request you to intervien in the matter. We would also request you to kindly raise the issue on bancaussarnce where customer are forced from the bank to take the policy of the particular company and at the time of claim they pull their hand.
