We regret to inform you that our Vendor M/s. Teekay tubes have despatched a consignment thru' XPS C/N no. 647296086 booked from Vashi Office on 19.06.2009 to CICB-Chemicon Pvt Ltd, Mangalore. We are very sorry to inform that till date i.e. 17 days have been passed, now we understand from XPS, Nelamangala office the consignment has been misplaced from their end. After that we have called so many times, there is no response from XPS.The serious action in this regard is required..
