Service problem

There is nobody to listen to the problem or you can say to attend the problem, once you register the problem you will be told the time and date to attend the problem, but once time passed & you will called & a new time will be told to you but nobody will reach to attend and on call again a new time will be given to you again and you remain waiting the person who will come to run your TV for the days..., it could also turn into the weeks sometimes. It may be the poorest service in india...
