CITI BANK AUTO CARD
NON RECEIPT OF BILL & LATE PAYMENT CHARGES

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that in the month of june I didn't received any bill and as soon as your representative visited me I paid a sum of Rs. 750/= towards the minimum payment, and despite this a late payment charge has been charged in the next bill and also the minimum payment I have done has not been reduced in the bill. This delay has been solely due to non- receipt of the bill and any penalty charged on account of that is wrong. Therefore, it's ardently requested to waive the same in the next bill. You can see my record and you will find that almost I have paid in time. Such kind of inordinate behave I never expect..., and if you are not going to waive it, please send someone your representative to close my credit card account.
