We have had the worst service possible with the bank. In the month of October we placed a request with the bank to transfer money form our GBP account to INR account. However they did not transfer the amount as the conversion rate at that time was more.
Also the request is still pending.
So I request anyone not to deal with the bank.
To prove that we have placed the request we also have a copy of the acknowledgement from the bank.
