WRONG DEDUCTION OF MONEY FROM ACCOUNT

I tried to withdraw cash of Rs 20000/- from an ATM (of HSBC bank) using my CITIBANK debit card, the cash was not dispensed, and I received a accepted receipt and then an error message and then a cancellation receipt from the ATM.

But, the transaction is reflecting on my savings account and money was withdrawn from the same.
