Iam chandrasekhar and i got a pre-approved loan from citibank credit card and my loan number: LCBA014060303, and i received the cheque with wrong bank name on it and i sent back the cheque and the bank dint revert me back with the cheque and they told me that the cheque has been dispatched 10 days ago and they are not giving me the consignment number for courier..
I need the citibank superiors to take immediate action on this issue..
