Very bad customer service

In the last week of August, I contacted Citibank regarding personal loan which i wanted to apply for. I was in urgent need and informed the same to the executive (Deepika, Contact No. 022-66196579 and 9869877586). She assured me that my loan will get sanction by 31st Aug 08 provided she receives all the docs. On 25-Aug, a person came and collected the necessary docs and 4 Deustche bank cheques made in the name of Citibank. Then there were few follow-ups which I kept on doing after which I was informed on 05-Sept, that they are unable to sanction my loan for the full application amount. I informed that I do not want the loan and want my docs and cheques back. On this they said OK, however after sometime I was informed that docs may take 4-5 days to reach me since the same will be couriered. Till date I did not receive the same. Today from morning I tried calling on both the contact numbers of Deepika, she picked up the first call in the morning and informed that she will tell me the status of the docs in 15 minutes. Her 15 minutes is yet to get over. and she is even disconnecting the phone line.
