I don't have any Saving accounts, Loan agreement or any other service agreement with Citibank but keep on getting SMS at my cellphone about some cash loan or whatever.
I have never dealt with citibank and has never taken a loan from Citibank or for that matter any bank at all and still these SMS's from Citibank hound me.
Its pretty disappointing for me. I can see how they deal with people who would be actually their customers. For this specific reason i have decided not to ever avail of a service from Citibank - Not even a citibank saving account.
