I am Manjunath Basappa located in Bangalore and have a credit card from 3 years with CITIBANK. After few months, received an addon service offer i.e Accident Insurance over the phone and I have approved to go ahead. All most 2 years, still I have not received any documents. Later I called Citibank helpline for closing the Citibank credit card, while talking with CITIBank helpline guy, started threatening that if credit card is closed, CITIBank will be adding my name in CIBIL. So that, in feature any loan will not get it. I called CITIBank public relation officer (Lady) in Chennai about this, She took information, that's all no call back to me. So went to CITIBank, MG Road office to complaint and nobody is responded for whole day. In January received an CITIBank offer for Mediclaim and again approved to go ahead for 4 family members.
Again CITIBank has charged Mediclaim charges and followed with CITI Bank from past 4 months. Still nobody is responding to my call. Finally I have told CITIBank people that to remove all add services charges, else CITI liables will not be paid. Ask them remove any penalty until issues are resolved by CITI Bank.
