Deactivated credit card statement keeps comming with mounting fees

Despite logging request to deactivate card, renewal fees were deducted

- When complaint was raised, I was told that the transaction cannot be reversed

- I refused to pay the renewal charge and since then various charges have been accumulting onto it.

- Have sent mails and also had discussions with collection agents multiple times

- Statement keeps comming in e-mail and amount due now is Rs 42000 from the initial Rs 2500 renewal charge that I had refused to pay
