I am very old credit card holder of citibank. Previous month I made a payment of Rs 3200/- with cheque well in time but unfortunately the date on the cheque was written wrong. As a result of which you are charging late payment fee.
It is mentioned that I have always make the payment on time. You are requested to waved off the late payment fee as this is happens first time. I will take care in future.
