Eceiving statement after clearing all dues

SIR,

I HAVE CREDIT CARD OF CITIBANK IN YEAR 2005 & I HAD PAID THE DUES OF RS.54, 000.00 BY REF: MAROM01982/92007 ISSUED BY THE CITI BANK AND SAME HAS BEEN PAID AND I HAD SUBMITTED THE DETAIL OF PAYMENT MORE THAN 18 TIMES TO LOCAL OFFICE IN AHMEDABAD AT C.G. ROAD, BUT STILL THEY HAVE NOT ZEROLISED MY ACCOUNT AND SENDIND ME A STATEMENT SHOWING OUTSTANDING, MORE THAN 60 TIMES I HAD CALL TO CITIBANK FOR THE SAME BUT THEY ARE NOT TAKING ANY ACTION MORE THAN 15 EXECUTIVE HAS TAKEN ALL THE RELEVENT COPY OF PAYMENT RECEIPT AND SETTLEMENT LETTER NO MAROM01982/92007 . THEY ALL HAVE ENSUE ME THAT FROM NEXT MONTH NO STATEMENT WILL BE SEND BY BANK BUT TILL TODAY (AFTER MORE THAN THREE YEARS) I M RECEIVING THE STATEMENT AND AGENCIES ARE TORTYRING ME FOR THE PAYMENT.
