Citi bank credit cards fakes statements
False statement recorded in my credit cards statements

It is to inform you that my citibank credit card no 5546379625454002 i have got ministatement for the period of 27/08/07 to 27/09/07 i have surprised some amount rs 7094/ was shown by citibank by health scheme, it was surprised me that i never applied health scheme or never aceept any documents for the citi bank.

kindlely help me and infrom me about fake amount on my statement.
